‘Ah, Lord God ! It is you who have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and by your outstretched arm! Nothing is too hard for you – Jeremiah 32:17

Nothing is too hard for God. Jeremiah declares, “it is you who have made the heavens and the earth.” God created it all from nothing. He spoke the world into existence. He placed the stars in the sky. He breathes life into us. When we stop and think about all the things that God has made, we can be confident that He can sort our dramas out. We often look at our circumstances and get overwhelmed by all that is happening around us and we can even start to think that our situation is impossible. But God. The Creator of heaven and earth, can turn the impossible and make it possible. He can shift the most impossible situation and turn it around for His glory. So today, if you are feeling overwhelmed by your situation, remember that the Creator of heaven and earth is near and can do a mighty work.

Father God, we look at all the works of your hand and we are in awe of your power. We are in awe of your miraculous hand. We thank you, Lord, that you are above all things and in control of all things. We thank you that you can do the impossible and we commit our situations into your hands. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
