Running with eyes wide open – Cambodia

This morning myself and a few of the guys went for a morning run through the streets of Kompong Thom, the area we are currently staying in. We left the hotel at 6am and headed off through the back streets, running past families as they got ready for the day. It was an attack on the senses, to say the least. I caught up with a friend the other night and she was telling me about this Arabic sweet place that was parked in our local area for a few days, so after very minimal deliberation – we don’t need much prompting to eat – we made plans to go there on the Sunday night and have our coffee catch up there.
